Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date the order is delivered. Any return request should be made within this period by contacting KIWI SCENT support. Requests submitted after the allowed return period may not be accepted.

Eligible Products for Return
Returns are accepted only for specific perfume sizes available at Kiwi Scent. Eligible products include 6ML or 10ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles. Products outside these sizes may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier. The product must be properly and securely packaged before sending it back to the return address provided by Riyah Store. The item should be returned within the specified return period to avoid rejection.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received by Kiwi Scent and carefully inspected. The inspection ensures that the item meets the return conditions stated in this policy.

Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund process will begin. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on verification and processing procedures.

Refund Method
Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, the refund may be provided as store credit or through a bank transfer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non refundable. Any delivery fees paid at the time of placing the order will not be included in the refund amount.
